ATPRX partners with gyms and training facilities to put a Licensed Athletic Trainer — and the recovery setup — on site on a regular schedule. Your members get screenings, recovery, and straight answers about pain. You get the thing your competitors can't put in a membership brochure.
Serving facilities and athletes in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Pick a path below — you can always come back for the other one.
On-site screenings, recovery equipment, and a retainer scoped to your membership.
Get in touch →A free two-minute self-test, or a full evaluation in person.
See my options →ATPRX is new enough that there's no back-catalog of reviews to show yet. Rather than dress up a placeholder as one, here's where to see it happen in real time.
Who is not a clinician, knows it, and is now making a medical-ish call in the middle of a class they're running.
A three-week annoyance becomes a three-month injury. The training stops, and often the membership goes quiet right along with it.
You never find out you lost a member over a shoulder, because nobody puts that in a cancellation form.
ATPRX is the missing layer between "push through it" and an unnecessary trip to urgent care or orthopedics — the same clinical judgment college athletes get from their athletic training staff, now available to anyone who trains hard.
Not a pamphlet, not a discount code for a clinic across town. A credentialed provider and a working setup, on your floor, on a schedule your members can plan around.
Your coaches own the training. ATPRX owns the sports medicine question. When a member says "my knee's been weird," that question now has somewhere to go that isn't a coach guessing, and isn't nothing.
We look at your floor: member count, schedule, what your people actually train, and how often coverage makes sense. That sets the slot and the retainer.
Same day, same hours, every cycle. The setup comes in, the door is open, and members learn they can just walk up — which is the whole point.
Screenings, recovery, and guidance are included in your retainer. Anything needing a longer one-to-one evaluation routes to a Touchpoint or a referral.
Retainers are scoped to slot frequency, hours on site, and the size of your membership — a once-a-month slot for forty members and a weekly slot for three hundred are not the same agreement. Tell me about your floor and I'll put a real number to it.
The first step isn't a contract, it's a conversation about what your members keep running into and whether an on-site slot would actually fix it. If it wouldn't, I'll tell you that.

Self-triage guidance for training decisions. Not a diagnosis, and not a replacement for evaluation by a licensed provider.
No packages, no membership. And if your issue needs someone other than an Athletic Trainer, you'll be told that and pointed toward the right provider — that's part of the visit, not an upsell.
In-person services are currently available in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Jeremy Herum is a Licensed Athletic Trainer (LAT, ATC) and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) bringing the same clinical model used in college athletic training rooms to athletes who don't otherwise have that access.
He founded ATPRX, LLC after watching the same pattern repeat outside of collegiate athletics: people who train hard, pick up a nagging issue, and have nowhere reasonable to take it. A college athlete walks down the hall and asks their Athletic Trainer. Everyone else guesses, asks a coach who isn't qualified to answer, or books an appointment they may not have needed.
ATPRX exists to close that gap — first by taking the training room on the road to the facilities where people actually train, and second by making the participation decision itself something athletes can learn to make well. Every athlete gets an accurate assessment, an honest picture of what's going on and how they got there, and an actionable plan, whether that's managed in-house or referred out.
ATPRX currently operates out of Whitebelt Athletics, serving facilities and athletes in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Follow along @atprxsportsmedThe recurring on-site slot: a Licensed Athletic Trainer on your floor for the agreed hours, the recovery setup, free member screenings during that window, and education for your members and coaches. Your members pay nothing during the slot.
No — it backs them up. Coaches keep owning the training. ATPRX takes the sports medicine question off their plate, which is the question they were never supposed to be answering in the first place.
No, and the difference matters. The free Load-Decision Self-Test is educational self-triage — no provider–patient relationship, no record. An on-site screening is a healthcare encounter with a Licensed Athletic Trainer: it establishes a provider–patient relationship, it's documented, and the member's health information is protected under HIPAA. What a screening is not is a physician's diagnosis — ATPRX works within an Athletic Trainer's scope and refers out beyond it.
They can book a Touchpoint — a full one-to-one evaluation — or, when it's warranted, they get referred to the right level of care: sports medicine, orthopedics, or urgent evaluation.
ATPRX currently serves Chattanooga, Tennessee. If you're outside that footprint and think the model fits your facility, send a note anyway — it's useful to know where demand is.
Chest pain, difficulty breathing, fainting, confusion or severe headache after a head impact, neck pain after significant trauma, new or spreading numbness or weakness, obvious deformity, inability to bear weight, or symptoms that are rapidly worsening — seek immediate medical care. Don't wait on a screening, an app, or a booking.
Put a slot on your floor, or come see me yourself. Either way, your people stop guessing about pain.
